Returns/exchange policy

Teal and Moxie Apparel is happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 3 days of receipt by you.

1] Returns are initiated within 3 days of delivery (returning package must be postmarked as so). We strongly advise you send an email to contact@tealandmoxieappareal.com informing us of your return to keep help both parties keep track of the returns initiation 3 day window.
2] The merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
3] It is returned in its original packaging.
4) It still has the original tags.

You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received and/or processed or denied by us.

If your original invoice/receipt is lost, you will still need to identify your package with some account details first. If you still have the order or shipping confirmation in your email, all you have to do is print that out; otherwise you can jot down the following information and include it with your return package:
First + Last Name
Billing + Shipping Address
Phone Number
Email Address
Order Number
