Refund policy

1] Exchanges MUST be initiated within 3 days of delivery via email with reason of return.
2] The merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
3] It is returned in its original packaging.
4] It still has the original tags.

You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received, processed or denied by us.

If your original invoice/receipt is lost, you will still need to identify your package with some account details first. If you still have the order or shipping confirmation in your email, all you have to do is print that out; otherwise you can jot down the following information and include it with your return package:
First + Last Name
Billing + Shipping Address
Phone Number
Email Address
Order Number

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/invoice. All exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee, paid for by the buyer.
